Why do so many people assume someone with high EGO rating is farming or something? I'm at 600 and it's all from the goals tab. Doing those will boost your EGO much faster and it is actually fun and you're playing like you are supposed to. I'm not even done with the main story line :P

I was 3 gold metals away from having a black dodge charger and then the servers went down That will boost me 55 ego rating too...

I'm over 600 Ego level and I don't do any kind of farming or exploiting. I just finished the persuits for mount tam and madera and whenever i saw an Arkfall close by i did that too.
Just because you are level 200 and we are over 600 doesn't mean that we exploit or that we farm,
to be honest we are just a little more efficient then you.
Try reading the persuits and see what you need to do to accomplish them and you will level up fast too, without having to do any kind of farming.

Nah.. the random events on the road give a lot of xp 1-3k I think and can be done much quicker while you driving to your quests.

People can never just enjoy a game can they? You don't really gain anything from advancing in ego at a insane pace, so why try and find a shortcut? Play the game, do the missions, do the random arkfalls, use different weapons. Just progress normally and enjoy the game for pete's sake lol.

Maby farming and grinding is his idea of fun. People enjoyed those things before the past decade of copycat games you can finish in a week.

Well you see i am a completionist, the biggest achievement on Defiance imo is the EGO one (reach 2500 EGO) naturally i was looking for the easiest way to earn EGO and i thought i would share it for like minded gamers or anyone who might need this info

its an achievement on Xbox (EGOcentric Arkhunter: reach 2500 EGO) one only the most dedicated hardcore Defiance players will get

Not really, people that played the Alpha probably will be that level by the weekend, (just because they played the missions over and over and over again, and they know how to level quick completing persuits and WITHOUT having to farm)

If you said ego level 5000, well thats a different story, that will take longer to achieve because at that point you ran out of persuits to boost your level, so after a while YES, you will have to grind to reach that level.
