Legendary weapon stats that do nothing

Too bad the north star flares have like a 4.5 recoil/bloom

Y'know what's funny is I pulled 2 Purple Northstar Flares with the same stats:

Electric & Syphon
-0.10 Accuracy
x1.15 Crit Mult
x1.25 Crit Mult
15% Grenade DMG on Kill

and then on upgrade:

-0.20 Recoil

ARRRGHH! Both double crit with a natural nano and both end up with garbage orange rolls. Hopefully they add that change a roll business soon - these are candidates.

Zugo, I know you are specifically calling out the OJ rolls.....but the truth is that there are many rolls that make no sense and many synergies/mods for weapons that make no sense. I like your idea about listing them so Trion can see (even though they have all the data and can see what makes sense and what doesn't).....wonder if this data can be gathered from Defiance Data or Defiance Wiki???

So far I have the following:

Fire Rate = 1.10 , Bolt Action Sniper rifles
Recoil = .20 , North Star Flares (unique pistol type)
Recoil = .20 , Courier (unique shotgun type)
Charge = .90 , BMGs


@Batman, "any reload bonus/syn/mod on a bmg!". Is there a legendary reload roll for BMGs?

Recoils is useless on all sawed-offs isn't it?

Looks like that would be a no. Reloads still are pointless for it though and it even has a useless reload mod!

the .5 reload is the animation time which does not change, but the reload mods and quartermaster speed up the rate of recharge when reloading. Its actually quite useful, and they are the only weapon you can melee in the reload animation and the reload continues.

Have to agree.. any type of recoil bonus on a sawed off is pretty pointless.

I also find the +2 link Range a total waste on the FRC Telespanner or VBI Spanner-Trapper (2 bmgs that do NOT link natively). The +2 Link Range is a bonus that I've seen on OJ versions of both of these weapons. It literally makes the weapon totally useless UNLESS it's got a +1 Link bonus somewhere (normally blue roll) in it's lower bonuses.

Don't know if it comes as a legendary roll, but accuracy on a sniper rifle, its a scoped sniper rifle ffs, its already accurate enough thanks

And speaking of sniper rifles, I'm getting a LOT of them with Stalker synergy (+ range). Who the heck wants that on a sniper rifle that already hits beyond the draw distance? It's a totally useless synergy on any sniper rifle IMHO.
