Data Recorder inexistent ?!

Hello, i found a guide that show the position of the datacodes, i miss just one, the first of san francisco.
I went in the place where it is about 10 times in different days and hours, still nothing appends.
I see the same things of the screenshots of the guides, but there isn 't the data recorder...
any1 have the same problem?

I noticed that some only appear if there are enemies around. For example, at the bathhouse. It only appeared if there was a volge event going on.

Yes this happend to me and what i did was found a freind on a different shard jump to them, then went back to the spot and it was there. Seems that certain data recorders might not appear on certain shards. hope this helps.

Definitely something we want to get resolved. Anyone having issues with a data recorder should provide in game bug reports from the location where they should be located, so we can get the dev team as much info as possible.
