2.012 fixed what?

Before that patch, I could hardly play the lag was so bad. Since the patch I've had very few lag spikes. The only exception, and a known issue, is Kenn Farms where you end up looking like you are by yourself occasionally. I play on the NA server and like Arkfalls, Incursions, etc as my favorite parts of the game. I'm typically on only in the afternoon and weekends...perhaps I'm not on during peek periods? Speaking only for myself it's much improved and it looks like they are working hard to fix the issues.

I didn't play on Wednesday, but last night was terrible. I play with my girlfriend on the couch, two TVs.

We typically don't have any latency issues (Xbox 360 NA). Every now and then, a disconnect (and it happens for both of us) but other than that, nothing too bad.

Last night though, we could be by ourselves and see enemies flying from point A to point B. No movement, just that nice "hover above ground and speed to the position" move. Happened all night. Enemies would disappear just to reappear 20 meters down the road. Enemies were also "phasing" like crazy last night too. There could be one enemy and if it got 10 meters out of your sight, it would disappear.

On top of that fun stuff, objects were taking an increased time in "rendering." I would often hit a wall that wasn't there a few seconds before and then suddenly find myself 10 meters to the left or right of there...

On EU/PC this seems like a frequent occurrence. Also happens a lot at the Diablo event. It's kinda spooky, but also pretty cool - look how many afflicted I can kill all by myself.

There's no popup screen for rewards when you cash out, but you should have gotten them.

On a sidenote, I've been playing on PC/NA for roughly 2 weeks now to check out how bad the server issues were. So far I've experienced only one DC, and maybe a couple of odd client crashes in very specific circumstances. I encounter some horrendous lag spikes on major events every now and then though.
It's quite strange I'm having far less issues than a majority of people around here, could it be related to NA having a larger playerbase ?

Well, it is not a true DC so probably the reward awarding is having issues. Basically the game totally lags out, npcs are frozen. You can move and shoot. Others see you move and shoot. The main map comes up blank when you hit "m". You can't try to recover by using "go to friend" to get out of the area. You can't interact with anything. The game will stay like that, you in limbo, with no recovery and without dumping you to the login or desktop. The only item that works is "exit game". So, unless you want to sit and watch a bum screen forever, you exit or end task and restart the game. Then, wait forever to get back in. I have a pretty good machine with 23 meg up/down internet. I would think I should not be having issues. Actually, this is the only game I play that has significant issues. Now I admit I did not write down my before and after scrip/arkforge/key codes. But generally scoring in the top 5 of these events, I would have noticed a significant amount deposited. Also, any items you would have received are a loss.

I was just running an incursion down in SF and at one of the last emergencies I lagged out while staring at a purple shield on the ground that I was unable to pickup. I did not DC however. I went to use the bathroom and get a drink and when I got back I was still lagged out. I stared at the purple shield for another 4 minutes and suddenly I regained sync with the server, except my purple shield was gone and the siege at bath house had started so I made my way over there. The siege was at stage 6 when I got there. Good times.
