Does anybody know if you get an EGO points for running threw the entire storyline mission a 2nd time?
I thought I heard someone saying you did , but I do not want to do that all over again for diddly squat.

I did a replay on my main and it netted me some EGO points. I also completed a few more pursuits, though I don't know if that will still apply since it was done before the last DLC.

No. You don't actually get any EGO points for completing the storyline mission in and of itself. Any EGO points you get are because some of those missions are tasks required to fulfill regional pursuits and you had all the other tasks completed when you completed the mission.
