I'm assuming you've already checked the Claim Items tab in the Defiance Store (F5) so all i can tell you is that they're working to resolve the pre-order items missing with some accounts. Most people got them, some unfortunately didn't. It's just a matter of time till you get yours.
Don't be insulted because i don't wanna explain myself, i was probably joking anyway.

If you purchased from TRION and are missing your Digital delux Items you must submit a ticket via the live chat and they will address the problem np.
once you're out of the training area, you'll need to access the in game store. press P i think, and it'll be in claim. be advised there are issues with the arkfall rewards right now, someone made a script and it's overloading the system.

there's a modding menu, once you have a mod that works with that item, and that slot, you can just add it to it. It's kinda complicated, and there's a faq page somewhere....better to check that then have me tell you, 'cause i haven't done it yet.
