I think same Trion account can be used. Although you have to make new characters.
No, i asked support and i was told i needed to purchase a copy for each system i want to play on. However support sometimes have outdated info so you can try it and see if it works.

From what I understand, each of the three different platforms have their own server. This would mean that you will not be able to access your PC characters while playing on the Xbox360 version.

That sucks but I can see why they are doing it this way. I still might test out the game on the consoles. I have a feeling that it would be pretty fun on the big screen.
