Seriously. Like this isn't enough data for them to give a response. Haven't been able to play for 3 days because it takes 1+ days to get to the end, and then... error, restart. W T F!!!

Will sometimes download at 20-17 mbs and take like 3 min but the speed always drops down to 0 like 30 sec from finishing and restart from beginning only for it to happen again. Other times it takes a good hour at 1.7-2 mbs only for it to drop and restart again and for the same restart to happen...again.
My ISP is Roadrunner via Time Warner Cable - Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. My internet connection is 30 Mb/s down, 1.9 Mb/s up. A typical game on Steam downloads at 1.9-2.5 MB/s. The Defiance launcher is downloading the game at 0.16MB/s.
I'm up to a blazing 0.37MB/s. On the plus side, I jumped from 22 hours down to 7 hours.
