Me again, (from Post #51 of this thread) just checking in to say ... still downloading at 0.07 MB/sec and it shows I have about 6 1/2 hours left. Started downloading on April 2nd and here it is, Friday night and I still cannot play my game. And I'm STILL not sure what will happen when the thing finishes or almost finishes, since I know some people get errors when it gets close to completion. Going to bed now and will see what tomorrow brings ... (I do have to admit that I am anything but a happy customer, after all this and I reeeeally could NOT be trusted in places like Amazon, Best Buy, Gamestop, Game spot or ANY of those sites where one might leave a review for a game.)

patcher keeps restarting at random increments and loops until it eventually gets a patch error: try again later.

Download speeds started out very slow, even though speedtest.net reported 17.6Mb/s. Repeated restarted the patcher, and finally got up to ~3MB/s

Yeah i got a reply to my ticket.... a effing form letter telling me to READ THE FORUMS.....

I still can't even get the ******ed client to DL.

Just refund my purchase and i will leave you in peace Trion.

I get the issue where I have slow download speeds but it doesn't fully download the patch. It keeps getting to a certain point and the speed drops to 0. It the refreshes and then gets to the same point and stops, after this occurs multiple times i get the message Critical: Patch Error

Is there a fix for this yet as quite frankly this is a joke
Download has now restarted twice. Cannot get higher than 0.11MB/sec

Please provide an alternative way of obtaining / installing the client

I tried to install the game again. Now the first minute i got 14MB/sec so thought yay fixed but after that minute it dropped to 0.19MB/sec again and it aint going up.

Downloading @ 0.19MB/sec so that's 1.44Mb/sec

I'm getting my download at .01M/s, I normally get about .60-.67

Edit: Uninstalled, and reinstalled, and now beginning my download fresh seems to get me full speed again, I think it's a certain range of files just being absolutely ridiculous.

Edit 2: Not even 45 minutes into redownloading, and it's resumed it's .01-.11 speed range. I am kinda curious what Trion is doing to help us get into the game, especially after we paid for it...
