The locks have been an issue from day one of the Warmaster. Just get rid of them. Institute another system to free the monkey. Use a certain number of enemy waves to fill the 3 minute timer.
You want us to organize a team? I'd love too! In fact, I've got 20 friends lined up at the entrance ready to join me! That is, until 75% of them crit out entering. The other 25% are typically placed in another instance. So now my organization efforts have been completely wasted! Great idea!
You need to start listening to ALL of the feedback on your designs. The lock breakers/ keepers are only part of the problem. The bigger problem is connecting to the instance to begin with.

I get what they are doing and have been on both sides of the fence. They are still just trading for the lesser of two evils. There's an end game boss with unique loot, but used as content for low level EGO players and pugs. There's also next to no satisfaction of killing it, since it won't die much. This change also reduces incentive at higher levels to work on Warmaster gear.
It's just unfortunate design all around. A game should not have content that pisses off a significant portion of their player base, which, with this change or not, this event does.
You're pretty spot on with the real social event aspect. People get together as strangers primarily out of need. Outside the 'warmaster exploit' there's almost nothing in this game that needs organizing--clan buffs are it, the clan pursuits are one time deals.
The WM was the one thing which brought the clan I'm in together as a large group frequently.

the sad part. this is not just an xbox problum or a ps problum this is acrost all 3 platforms. PC has the same problum all the time. that is why all of us " lock keepers. " demand the time to wait and gather our forces. for us it may be a shorter time to boot the game but that dosent account for the helfspawning in floor **** that the game does where u dont see anything but a wall cant move cant jump cant shoot and have to wait 1.2 mins to 2 mins to even BOOT into the damn thing

they should put up a real poll in the forums. across all of them asking 2 things

90% of all the vets will vote no
10% will vote yes becuse there the leeches that where in the game from the start that didnt care to buy any of the DLCS at all.
100% of all the crying noobs that cant deal with it or wont buy there own DLC will cry yes.
and 50% of the other player base. ie the ones that have gotten out of being nooblits and just become lits will vote no the other 50% will vote yes.
i garinty with the ammout of rage quits this game gets in a week. the vets will still get the shaft and that lovely un lubed finger.

did you even buy the DLC or are you a leech like so many others that have been crying and wanting the timers ? becuse the ones agenst it that i see on here are all DLC holders that spent the 10$ or i beleave it was 75+$ for the season pass. people that dedacated hard earned cash from there jobs into this game into this company that they thought was going to stay pay to play the rest of its time up all the way though season X and beond. people that have seen the loot tables. have spent weeks days adn mounths mastering the game playing it and beating it over nad over and over agine . wining almost every time they entered the WM takeing down the dirty ape every time becuse THEY COULD AND HAD the time to call in there clan on Xbox on PS3 and on PC

oh and if you own the DLC and didnt allready know. its 40K for 4 battarys so if u like most people back to back to back to back the WMs like the real vets do the people that are lock keepers. u would know that thats over 40K scrip per ark u drop. meaning that in a single 2 hour time . even with incersions and with normel ark falls and normel major ark falls and seiges ur not going to make that in a casual gamers game play of 1-3 hours. due to all thes events being spaned out between hourly time stamps.
but then agine. us lock keepers are a minority. we just out number all the other player base 5-1 and are and have been playing this game wrong this hole time
