You have screwed the War Master like you did all your customers.
If you wanted to have the game run in the true dynamics and sprit as you have stated then why have you not corrected the issues
you need to pull you head out of your dark space because your suffocating on your own BS. Now new players have no way to obtain the achievement on the war master. most people who broke the locks were in the ranges of 400 to 900 who knew very little of the game.
we all play together as a group of people who strive to obtain the game goals and achievements. You keep limiting the game, nurfing, while running the data center with substandard employees who don't even know when their server tool set has disconnected.
I can tell you if it were not for the few times your servers would have stayed down all night till 02:00 on restart.
your customer service says there is nothing they can do enter a ticket, while they point a ticket back to a ticket and close it.
Why have support, for that matter why even have any support system for contact. I have personally informed people with in your office over the phone of broken links on the main page leading to the support page as well as other issues.
One of my personal friends at "TRION" told me it was above his pay grade!!!!!
Then you have the NERVE to say you care.

then when you attempted that recent broken patch you had string errors being displayed to users, with deeper issues I wont go into, and you had to roll the update back!!!! Did I even get so much as a thank you when you were called when this started to happen right after the update was released "NO."

Clue if you don't want me talking to your employees any more then flip the switch on the phone systems in both offices.
This will bring all your phones down and resolve the issue.
Why don't you fix the hardware issues as well, you can adjust the software all you want, you know about the hardware yet you wont fix.
You now have users being booted continuously from time outs across the US.. It cant be every ones internet.
And the Trion employees who sit here on the forum don't bother to slay this post I have had up to 7 people in a Xbox party with me while I have called. Wow the Xbox 360 platform starts up again shortly there after.
