this has already been touched on, but its obvious to see what is happening here. arkforge sales in the bit store probably suck, and the company dont like that. they know the "minority" wont pay for it, so the answer was to take the arkforge out of the boxes the F2P people will have access to, and put it in the tier 4s. now the F2P people can go to the bit store and make a choice - buy enough key slots to hold 64 keys, or buy the arkforge they cant get from boxes. its a win/win situation

You're missing the third and probably overwhelmingly most popular option: Do not buy arkforge, do not buy key slots, and instead get bitter and frustrated and tell their friends that Defiance is pay-to-win.

AF yield chance so far : 1.09%

Yeah, I'm sort of wondering about that myself. I stopped buying T2's and bought a couple T4's (not a whole lot since I typically don't grind for keys), but I haven't gotten any ark forge yet.

I'm wondering if I should switch to T3, or maybe even stay with T2's. Even if T2's aren't AS good if T3's and T4's are nerfed too then T2 might still be the most economical choice.
