They don't have "power", but they can certainly influence other people's behavior. Someone starts breaking the locks and then they get bombarded with trade and group invites, trying to get him to lag out. The "lock breaker" becomes the villain, and the reason they lost. For a heel like myself that's no big deal, but so many just become complaisant because they don't want to be subjected to the negativity.

The timer is needed because it helps dispel some of the bullying. The one thing that I would suggest is that the Warmaster be rebalanced, especially when we're able to create private matches.

I'm sure this is an adault game not grade school so what is this crap about bullies. You don't have to read what people are typing or even listen to them. I'm sure children should not be playing and if people have hurt feelings about what someone just wrote they need to go back to therapy Or they are too young to play.

Okay I could get flamed for this but here goes. These are just my opinions so give them the weight they are due. I think Trick is working really hard on this game. He does his best day in and day out. He looses sleep and worries and sweats the details and all of that stuff.I think Trick is a good guy and I really believe he loves this game as well, he just is who he is and has a communication style that is somewhat unique.

Quick break to reiterate that these are just my opinions and that I mean no disrespect...

In my history with this game this communication style has been most obvious in the 7th legion back story, the explanation for the grenade change, and in the now infamous "lockbreaker manifesto". I honestly don't think there was any intent to come off as anything other than informative and helpful. It's just that, for me, there ends up being too many words about too much stuff not related directly to the thing at hand. Like I said before If the blurb just said "hey we're going to speed up the game, timers" That would have worked with a lot less confusion, hurt feelings, and misunderstanding but that would be asking Trick to be someone else.
I still love the game and play every day.
I have great respect for the work Trick and all the devs do.
The same goes for the community and forum staff.

Maybe have someone from the real world have a look at releases before they go out to the public?

Us Vets B***H a little and we need to vent, mostly to each other. But we are still here and still plaing. If we had no respect for these guys I think we would just walk away and that would be that. Nicely put Bonehead, I hope they understand our venting and the reasons why.

The thing is, we submit feedback, we try to tell them what works and what isn't working. I am all for venting a little bit, but lately it has seemed to make some players attacking others on here. That is why I submitted a formal apology and hope others take it to heart. A little humor might go a long ways.

As for communication, I agree it has never been Trion's strong suit. Before scapes came, during the twitch streams most if not all our questions never got answered, it was like talking to an empty chair.



Things have slightly improved, but Trick will be trick it seems. I want to see what happens in the next few weeks, since scapes kept saying "were going to fix that" almost through the last twitch stream when talking about war master mechanics.

I think the last few days have been nothing but damage control. So, thats my thought
