At this point i'm half expecting the Company to make the major arkbreaks a standard game feature, so even those without the DLC can initiate it. Or have it start automatically on event rotation.

When I first read the post about minorities and majorities, I thought it was more so a reference to DLC owners being the minority. Especially when trying to get certain loot above all else was mentioned. As in DLC owners want and can use the DLC weapons, while non-DLC have no reason to chase that gear.

Maybe this is the first step in turning one of the more unique events in the game, from DLC gated content, to a standard game feature. After all, if us DLC owners stopped calling Arkbreaks, no-one would be able to fight the Warmaster. And I doubt they would let that happen.

I certainly won't flame you Bonehead, but you know as well as I do, that if what you say is true.... Crasher would still be here.
Trick does what he is told to do. I do not place the blame solely on him. Especially when we know that post of his was given the green light by both Scapes and Phantasie.

I've said it before and I will say it again... The current status of this game can only be a major failure of upper management.

Correct me if I am wrong, but doesn't Trick, as a member of the Design Team, have to answer to the Production Team? Even with all the downsizing, I KNOW that one of the Senior Producers is still around. His name is Richard (PhantasieTrion) Barnes.

I'd like to know that too. It's amazing that on all platforms we're all reporting the same thing, and yet, a madly false statement such as this is made. Of note, yes of course those of us who waited around in WM events didn't like that waiting part. But we had fun with it, and trades were made, etc. It wasn't all just a bunch of fighting and griefing. Most of the time, a lockbreaker didn't even show up. So either the statement is simply made up, or someone was lied to and convinced of this falsehood without doing any proper research of their own.

All I can think is we are witnessing revisionist history. And we know how well that always turns out, historically speaking.

I play on PS3 and I got to liking the almost social event that was going on while we waited for enough players. The new patch has put an end to that in the WM. I mistook this as a social game, Trick did tell us we were doing it wrong. There never seems to be enough players getting in now to even bother doing them. Oh ya, your right Bonehead it doesn't make sence. I found the majority of the players in the WM Lock Keepers.

The majority of players, at least on Xbox 360 are indeed "lock breakers".

You're under the assumption that the first thing we do when entering the warmaster is drop into the room, and break the locks.

No, we invite our friends, give people a reasonable amount of time to invite their friends, then break the locks.

Lock keepers are players that want others to wait up to a half an hour for their friends to finish whatever co op map or arkfall that may be going on.

There could be 50 people waiting and there will always be someone screaming in chat that we're breaking the locks too early. Those are the minority "lock keepers" Trick was talking about.

The update was necessary.
