That bug is still around? Haven't heard it in a few months on PS3 NA. The one I heard was the retching sound, like someone being punched in the throat.

It's the player you were by, right? Like he was infected? That's what I witnessed, the player vanished (either ported or DC'd) and the sound bug went with him.
