I've put in two tickets over a week ago about not receiving 7th Legion Rep from doing Incursions and Weapon Synergy isn't working to get after 5 day's an apology response that they haven't responded in 72 hours..... with nothing following and then Saturday I put in a Ticket because another one of my Characters wasn't getting Defiant Few Rep and missing 53 points but the Pursuit shows that I've completed the 5 Dailies and the Weekly but instead of getting it resolved by Live support They Closed the tickets and stated they couldn't help! and I put in multiple tickets on the same issue!
What the Hell Trion you can't even go into the Logs and fix this???? or is this another of the Developers way of making all of us that PAID for this game to leave!
The Incompetence of this wouldn't even be allowed by EA Games much less than any other company....Even Asus at their Worst is better than this.
I thought I was upset when I posted the Trion Should Apologize post but this takes the cake! All I can say is Trion had better start working on their attitudes and fix the mess their making before they loose all of their customers and have no business.
Also I pretty much guarantee I'll get banned for sharing the Incompetence and get no Apology or resolution because it's Trions way!
