    Defiance Support Support sucks.

    I've put in two tickets over a week ago about not receiving 7th Legion Rep from doing Incursions and Weapon Synergy isn't working to get after 5 day's an apology response that they haven't responded in 72 hours..... with nothing following and then Saturday I put in a Ticket because another one of my Characters wasn't getting Defiant Few Rep and missing 53 points but the Pursuit shows that I've completed the 5 Dailies and the Weekly but instead of getting it resolved by Live support They Closed the tickets and stated they couldn't help! and I put in multiple tickets on the same issue!

    What the Hell Trion you can't even go into the Logs and fix this???? or is this another of the Developers way of making all of us that PAID for this game to leave!

    The Incompetence of this wouldn't even be allowed by EA Games much less than any other company....Even Asus at their Worst is better than this.

    I thought I was upset when I posted the Trion Should Apologize post but this takes the cake! All I can say is Trion had better start working on their attitudes and fix the mess their making before they loose all of their customers and have no business.

    Also I pretty much guarantee I'll get banned for sharing the Incompetence and get no Apology or resolution because it's Trions way!

    this goes for all games it takes time plus they sort issues out by importance and what tickets they have first take it easy and wait and they will get to it ive put in tickets that take awhile as well just be patient

    I understand about time but did you read the part about them Closing the Tickets and Couldn't help? They just flat refused to help. pretty much I got screwed and can't even get a Defiant Few anything where everyone else can because i only got 47 Rep points for doing the Weekly and over 5 Dailies. But I guess that's ok because it's not them but only a customer that's paid over a $100 on this BUSTED game. oh I'm sorry this is what Trick Dempsy wanted in the first place!.....ok I forgot sorry my bad!

    i understand your frustrated but getting that upset doesnt help you or anyone else and are you sure they closed it or did you read the ticket response from them correctly, or possibly write out the problem correctly just trying to think what might be the issue. but not to sound like a *** or anything no one is forcing you to play and you can play something else if you are not happy. but what i suggest as constructive criticism is put in a CALM ticket and explain the issue take screen shots of what is going on in game with it and send it to them and show them. is my best answer i can give you

    Yes I put in calm well explained Tickets and was willing to give a screen shot if necessary and the tickets were posted on two separate characters (2 on my alt and 1 on my main) and like I stated above the 2 tickets got an I'm sorry we didn't get back to you with in 72 hours note put on them after sitting there almost a week and the last ticket I went to live support today after putting it in Saturday by advice from several people only to get Tickets Closed Because Support can't Help and You Put in Multiple Tickets on the Same Issue.

    So it still comes down to Supports Failure and I get no help! and this following getting treated like garbage when Free to play hit and I kept getting Kicked from the sever from lag only to get a Public announcement 2 hours later that the Defiance Severs were the Blame and they were looking into it!     Actually, not all games. I have put in support tickets to Blizzard (World of Warcraft), ArenaNet (GW2), and Gazillion (Marvel Heroes) and have gotten resolutions within 48 hours each time.

    Trion Worlds CS is simply bad. I've had the displeasure of dealing with them here in Defiance and over in Rift.

    So I hear, but it should not be so. If I take the time to construct a properly formulated ticket containing all the pertinent information, I should not be deprioritised over someone with no patience who wants to blab incoherently in live chat.
