    you named 3 games out of a possible 100 there are more games then not that take up to a week to contact you about your ticket not just 3 games dont use only 3 games as an example when ive played 10 others that take a week or so to respond thats the regular and fyi look at what u listed and then think of the REGULAR games that take about a week to get info back on a ticket




    but to my main point like i see below screen shots are very helpful in the ticket processes if it is an ingame issue

    Aye I got a hold of support yesterday in Live Chat.
    Had issue with a DLC purchase. .
    Matter was solved in about 3hrs.. mostly because I wasn't
    at home atm. Try "live chat" and they are big on screen shots if possible.

    Defiance started life as a bug ridden mess, and when the servers go dark it will still be a bug ridden mess. Support can only do so much as new bugs are introduced into the code far faster than old ones were resolved, and most of the old one's have been there so long they're now "features" and will never be fixed. If you can't accept that, it's time to move on.

    Seems like this f2p model has got some new fanboys who belive that after being a member for a month or so means they now know more then people who have been here since day 1, I wonder how long the new fanboy club will last ?

    Sorry, bud. I only play limited games. I'm not a console player (don't even own one), and only play MMOs. How many should I play at once with a full time career and kids?

    Point is, you said ALL games. I called false. Even if I'd mentioned only one game, that would eliminate the ALL games argument.

    @Rasczak I think your point was totally well made you named 3 of the biggest mmo games by 3 of the biggest dev teams and pointed out that their customer support is faster then trion's which I agree with as I have used blizzards as well, also I have contacted about 4-6 companies and the support was very quick and helpful

    Well seeing as they already had my money... they really didn't have to do anything.
    and I know that our problems vary but so did our methods for seeking help.
