Not sure I like the idea of this kinda thread being run by a normal member, however great idea.
I would ask a Mod to re post it and sticky it in case the member every goes inactive and it has no chance of being updated.

It would be great if other people could edit the original post because there is always a lot to go through in the guilds forum and it can be overwhelming for just me.

Was trying to figure a way of taking text live from a text file or another web site, so we just have to edit those and it would be put on here. Another way is to possibly do a standard 700 by 200 image saved into photobucket (as you can edit and add images including text within their site). Or if you can secure a static image address on another site, so that the link doesn't have to be changed when you update the image.
Only problem is, is there a limit to the amount of images in one post. And how long would the entire page take to load.
Just a suggestion, trying to find a way to help yourself and the clans themselves.
