let me answer your question with a question of my own.

In the history of MMO's has there ever been one ready at launch?

Now yes, the game wasnt fully ready at release in the aspect of lag and the like, but no one really knew how many people were going to buy the game. I mean at my gamestop they barely broke 5k preorders, which is small for my area, but sold out the day of release. Its like everyone bought the game, but no one wanted to preorder it, so they could see how the launch went. And as for the server login que...welcome to EVERY OTHER MMO ON EARTH. I havent been in a single MMO that DOESNT have a login que on release. The bank thing? Not every MMO has banks, but some do, and its spoiled players into thinking they deserve it. I have 20 inventory spaces + and I never fill my bags up ever...its called selling junk, not hoarding it. Any other problems that are there are being handles unless they havent been mentioned yet.
Thank you for Showing the other side to the argument.

I've been a gamer for 27 years...after all that time, you learn patience...I remember when games were HARD....or crap...or both...there just wasn't community to discuss issues in. At least now when we have problems, there is someone that can look into the matter almost immediately...

While they're at it they should add a social hub, Bank, Various Vendors perhaps an auction house?
As the game is on Playstation 3, Maybe they should use the Playstation Home to their advantage and make a Social hub for new Guilds/clans.

I just try to be a shinning example of how to argue both side respectfully without being a *doosh*. Sometimes, we need community paragons to show us the way, and I like to view myself as one of those types.

Well there have been some issues, I will grant you that. However, almost every game that I have purchased on Xbox 360 has had issues on launch with the online, multiplayer aspects. Huge titles like Call of Duty have had serious issues on the day or two around their launch, to the point where you couldn't play multiplayer. I can't tell you how many times I've done quick runs through crappy single player campaigns just to pass time while server issues were ironed out.

This game, being an MMO, doesn't have a single player aspect that those other games did, so it just magnifies the problems. IMO it really hasn't been all that bad so far.

There's a reason why most people don't remember Brink because the company screwed up. Look at Star Wars The Old Republic that game went f2p in 4months or so of its release. People on the forum say crap like "if you don't like it go play something else." are obvious morons. We didn't just pay $60+ to just let it waste away. I know I didn't. I'm having a lot of issues with this game myself. How long before Trion starts taking care of the issues before people decide to send the game back to the company?
