So when is the regular server maintenance? I am like 615 in the server queue, and it says it is over 4 hours waiting. Last night there was horrible bugs and issues. Vehicles took forever to spawn.

Daily server restarts happen at 4am CST. Our team is keeping an eye on server status at all hours of the day, but posting to the forums or contacting Live Chat to report issues like this is still very helpful for our customer service team to track issues.
