So, I just installed this game. On my first attempt to play, the server goes down after I've been in queue for like 30 minutes. Is this typical?

They are doing some sort of rolling restart to fix some type of issue. At least that's what the warnings we got in game said. What issues, they didn't say.

Has this happened before, this hasn't occurred to me this whole time i've been playing. Also,where did all the players come from today? I've never seen such terrible network lag in THIS game until today.
