As unfortunate as your experience is and those like yours, my installation as well as tons of other players (major arkfalls being an indicator) went well. I've had flawless performance, little to no bugs, and absolutely no issues with anything outside of the game itself like websites.
It is frustrating when stuff like this happens but it is the minority. Hope your issues get solved soon.

I am not trying to be rude here, because I can see your frustration. You need to relax, venting your anger on the forums for people enjoying the game to see isn't helping you any. You put down $130.00 on a game, (WHICH IS AN MMO) and in the first 2 days you are upsets because of some issues? You're luck that the launch was this smooth, it could have taken a week for the game to be playable without huge game breaking problems.
Trion knows what they are doing in the gaming industry and have a ton of people who respect them as a company. I am one of them, I have been playing and participating in every game they have released, and will release.
The issue you are having, isn't a huge issue for many people, just the people it is affecting. Like you, most of us have had no problems since 8 P.M. April 1st if not earlier. I am sorry you are having issues but keep it between you and customer service, telling Trion they messed up NASD ASDJHAS DJGHAS KDJHSGAD JH isn't helping anyone. Not even you.

I had broadband and my speed was stuck at 0.12 MB. Hell I have a 50MB down and 5MB up and that was an issue. So its not getting faster internet.Originally Posted by Neokro

as a note for future games don't port games ..... the PC on average is 5 times more power full then a console build a console platform then a PC platform

Downloading before hand did nothing for me. I downloaded from this site 2 days before release. First download got to the end then failed and it re-downloaded the entire thing again. I leave it downloading overnight and come back only to find it's started downloading AGAIN the ENTIRE game. Launch day happens, hey I figure maybe a new build is out. It's been doing the same the last 5 times I've tried. The patcher software is just ****. No resume function for files - either it has the full file or you redownload it completely. Patcher seems to think I have zero files when I have 30gb sat in my game directory because it keeps downloading more and more for absolutely no reason and placing it in new folders even when the files are the same name.
