Anyone know why this "scheduled" downtime is happening?

If it's the restart down time, it only lasts about 5 minutes.

Eu resets at 11pm est, na at 5 am est. So this is something else.

Ok, so the best guess i have is that the eu restart message was displayed on the na servers. Anyone else see it?

Well at 05:00 I got a restart message here in EU. If you received the message local time, then your best guess may be what happened.
