into the depths full of bugs 360

for the life of me i cannot complete this STORY quest. half the time when i accept the mission it puts me in an instance with no enemies and then the other half i get to the end but the cutscene will not start so i cannot finish this mision

I tried dashbording, turning off the system, and logging off, nothing is working. Idk.

I have cleaver mutants under the main platform that's preventing me from completing this quest
