Level Reset?

So I just entered a code into the area that says "Enter Arkfall Code" -- mind you I had 24/120 codes -- and all of a sudden the website told me "Error: Unable to complete transmission. Please try again" and wiped my level back down to 1.

Does anybody know what the heck just happened? I'm kinda bummed. =/

log out and back in.. or delete cookies. It's just a display error. They are not actually gone.

I logged out of the website, closed the web browser I was using, cleared the cookies and attempted to re-log in. Despite all of that I'm still down at the first level.

try another browser or wipe browser cache?

I think some accounts must have been a bit laggy or something. I logged back in just now and everything's back to normal.

Yeah I was at a point to where I couldn't even log in for 24 hours cause of some kind of issue. But it was resolved their end.

im still having trouble my end. done all the usual, ill wait to see if it resolves itself
