The clock goes round and round.
Where it goes nobody knows.
Except those few who don't try and loose.
The clock keeps ticking as fortune glooms.
Fore those who are loose with what they choose.
The clock keeps ticking over those bafoons while the watchful eye always looms.

lol I thought this was a joke until I read the patch notes.
They can't be serious can they? I mean... that is a huge price increase for utter crap. I'm not going to use real money to buy a lockbox that gives me 4 blues and a purple grenade I dont need. Im not going to spend that much currency to get that one to 10 keys I need to buy an in game lockbox.
Does Trion know what they are doing? They should try to study other games F2P model to get something that works. This will not. Its just over priced for its actual value.
Expect less in game currency being spent and less real life money spent with this patch.
So, wait... what do we have to spend ark salvage on now? It was almost worth spending some of my scrip before to top off my keys and buy a lockbox. I didn't like running around with 61 keys, so I would buy 3 to get enough for the lockbox so that I didn't hit cap.
At that price, I'll never buy another key, I'd rather lose some than spend that much scrip. All of my weapons drop with 4 mod slots. What does that leave? I have over 5 mil salvage right now, and absolutely nothing to spend it on, ever.
I downloaded Firefall the other day, but still liked the feel of Defiance better, so I have been coming back every day. I guess I'll just uninstall now. This game is going downhill so fast, I've lost all hope of waiting around to see how it works out. Glad they started the slide before I wasted $40 on the DLC.
They've trashed this game so badly, I think I'm going to pass on Archeage even though I've been waiting for release for over a year.
I find the price hike a bit steep. That said, I never bought keys to begin with since they seemed easy enough to get from just playing the game.
To balance the accrual rate of Keycodes, we have increased the purchase cost of Keycodes on Lock Box Merchants, rebalanced the rewards gained from score in events, and updated equipment drop rates from enemies.
Do you really think they "rebalanced" them in our favor ?
