ok ok this is really why they are having problems. I downloaded the game yesterday and have just starting watching season one. I'm on eps:6. sorry everyone for my noobness. I'm tired of WOW!!

Hey all,
As of right now, all US PC servers are still online. The servers are locked to new players, but any players that had loaded in previously can still play. We narrowed down the cause of the crashing to a bug that occurs while characters are in the process of loading in, which is why the locked servers are in a stable state.
In about an hour, we will be booting players from US PC servers so that we can begin the deployment process to fix the crashing. After that finishes-- which will take another additional hour or so-- we'll have another update for you all. We may repeat the process of unlocking one platform to watch both the health of the server as well as the stability of the population.
I'll be back as soon as I have updated information!
