If you are a Sys Admin, tech, and network engineer, you of all people know you don't tell the end user "It's all screwed up, and we're trying to repair the damage done and make everything work again" The normal IT line to the end user is "This is a known issue and we are continuing efforts to remedy the situation. No ETA is available at this time. Thank you for your patience"

There's a reason my sig banner refers to "Trion Time." Such a time zone exists only within the Trion offices and would appear to be related to a hole in spacetime that rips larger every time a patch must be made to patch a previous patch.
