no where your going wrong is only giving the game a single day and saying your done and want a refund this is a mmo yes i know that should not be an excuse but it's not like call of duty or anything also you need to give them time to fix the problems just make sure you report problems your having and they will get fixxed
like i said give the game a few days heck even a week but only giving it a single day it just makes me feel like your some child from cod who wants instant gratification
I paid for a fully-functioning game. In that sense, no, I did not get what I paid for. The expectation for a lot of people is buying a game you can play, and for a vast percentage, that isn't even the case. At least my game loads up. Unfortunately, that's about all it does now though.
So, I will reiterate, no, I did not get what I paid for.
If ya got it from Gamestop, and opened it, they already do not give refunds for that, since you opened it. Plus, I'm guessing you have already linked the games CD-key to your account, that alone voids out you being able to return it for a refund, since No one else can use that copy of the game. So in short, you are out of luck.
not taking the game back
IGN: The ShowOFF!
Every MMO has issues on launch. No exceptions. Some are better than others, but they all have problems that are simply impossible to predict until you actually go live in the real world. Testing only gets you so far.
Expecting anything different is just going to set you up for disappointment. Yes, it sucks dealing with bugs and other things that break. If those sorts of things annoy you, the best thing do to is usually wait a couple of weeks before buying a game, and even then you're going to find things that have bugs. World of Warcraft has been around for years, and it still has bugs from the original version that they were never able to completely wipe out.
The only people that expect perfection on release day are people that are new to the process, or too young to have ventured outside of their Reality Distortion Field™ and see how things work in the real world. In both cases, they should have to carry a sign so we'd know who they are.
