    Over charged on items and missing bits

    Trion pointed out that I the pass which I saw on my screen was expired.. soo bad post, deleted this post please..

    Support tickets are backed up like crazy at this point. It is likely to take a long while to get it dealt with that way. Use live chat support, and they can usually sort things out within one quick session. Depending on time of day, there may be a wait for the live chat, but it is certainly faster than submitting a ticket.
