Every time i DC, every night, its the same drooling idiots spamming zone chat with their stupidity...
All those previously muted reset.

Works just fine for me, surprisingly. I have one tab showing all the chat channels so I can see what's going on then another with all the channels muted. I switch between them when it gets overwhelming with trolls.

I'm not talking about mute channel, I'm referring to the mute player feature in the chat options on the radial menue, under "last active in channel".

You have the option to click a name and mute that person, but it resets every time you log out or DC (so..constantly).

And with the impending flood of 8-12 year olds coming with FtP, this really should be fixed.

Before my Defiance break (7th launch day) there was a report feature for idiots like this, but probably abused to the point it had to be removed, or broken and not collecting chat data from reported player.1

pls fix the voice and not bringing changes on PTS what is that pls ???

ppl still paying for that Game in PSN and no voice chat since 7 days ...

I know its a hard error and u still investigating ... so at least someone is coin something ... pls more staffing to solve and not only thinking on F2P ... what is the Plan bringing F2P and then in two weeks trying to find time to fix Voice Chat ...
