I like to maintain a separate thread for questions for ease of access, other forum threads get bogged down with replies and it makes it hard to gather them.

Current Topic: There are some changes coming to the tiered lockboxes.

Please post questions here that you would like the devs to answer, on the tiered lockbox changes or anything in the game. There is a limited amount of questions that can be answered, so don't be disappointed if yours isn't one that they choose, there will be another chance next week.

Some of the ones I've noticed when browsing the announcement:

- Like the Castithan Charge Blade that drops from the T4 lockboxes, will the jackpot weapon not require a certain DLC to use?
- Will the jackpot weapon drop at your EGO Rating and require heavy investment of Arkforge to remain usable?
- What are they really saying about the Arkforge in the T2 and T3 lockboxes?
- What chance does this jackpot weapon actually have of dropping?
- Will there really be only a single mod slot unlocked as in this image?

I don't know how to word this diplomatically but the different lock boxes in the store seem to be set up to con you out of your bits.

Something needs to be done with the wording so that you understand what you will actually be getting from them.

How often will the Jackpot Weapons rotate?

Can I trade or sell my Jackpot Weapon?

With ArkForge being dropped from T2 and T3
boxes..
1.) How frequent will AF drop from these? Enough to feel
purchase of them is rewarding?
2.) AF will drop in increments of 20.
Does it cap out at 20 AF per Lockbox or can I get say
80 AF from a LockBox?

with T2 boxes not having Legendary Items will their
drop rate for uncommon and rare items be increased?

When Arkbreaker was first released Trick Dempsey, the lead developer, made a public statement that Trion would never place an item in a lock box that could be bought with cash that would require the payment of more cash to use. This was in response to a question as to whether Arkbreaker weapons would be placed in the loot pool for Tier Lock Boxes. Why is it then that the first Jackpot Legendary Item for Tier 4 Lock Boxes is a DLC 4 exclusive weapon? Is it to provide an incentive for players to purchase Gunslinger Trials, and is this kind of cash grab what we can expect for future Jackpot Legendary items as well?

The only think you real need to do here, beside all the madness is bring back the keycodes for only the cost of arkforges NO scrips....

my questions is for any of the devs. When Destiny comes out are you going to be the humans, the white people, or the robots? Also what kind of class will they be? Is it wizard?

That has nothing to do with the weapon coming from a lock box. None of the DLC1 weapons require ownership of the Castithian Charge Pack.
