No, they are not. And the servers will be offline for the f2p patch. Hopefully they will be back up @ 12am tonight when I get home.

Ark hunters,

The NA PlayStation3 Defiance servers will be unavailable tomorrow, Tuesday August 12th at 11:45 AM PDT for the conversion to Free-to-Play, as well as an update to Patch 2.202.

The estimated downtime is ** 4.5 hours ** -- but we hope to come in under that.

Note: Announcements for when Xbox 360 & PC will receive Patch 2.202 are coming shortly.

I unlike Creep am going to keep a couple of loadouts and not delete my characters just in case , but yes i will be taking some time off from defiance reinforced by the next line of nerfs. Ego on reload is on most of my guns so this next one is really killing me.
The OJ mod was a gift as these guns will be too , Dont worry this isnt the last you will see of me.
Im going to apologize now because im going to kind of be in a hurry later and suspect the mics arent working yet , See you in a couple of hours.
