Beta key from Amazon

I'm willing to bet Memori ordered from amazon.co.uk, who doesn't have a preorder promo listed for Defiance yet. Possibly because European preorder information hasn't been finalized, since we still don't have confirmation where we can get the Ultimate Edition over here.

Yes, I did - But I don't think discriminating on where you order your copy or from what part of the world you are from is a good way to go about things. I pre-ordered the game, I should receive the same benefits as anyone else who has pre-ordered.

@Memori - could you shoot me an e-mail at community@defiance.com and include any messages you have had with Amazon? We would like to get this resolved.

I preordered from Amazon also and never received a beta key. If you talk to customer service, they have no clue but it makes sense. They have another group that handles promo codes that usually handles it but you can't talk to them. Even if they do try to help you, it usually never gets resolved.

It's a shame but something needs to be done quickly.

I agree. I ordered the UE from amazon.co.uk as well, and really would like to ensure I'm entitled to the same extras as others. I was only intending to provide Myll_Erik a bit more information on our situation.

I'm sorry if you took offense to what I said, I didn't mean that you were discriminating or anything originally, I was just using it as a general term - Had to clear this up just in case because after reading what I quoted and then said right after, it might have come off wrong.
