As I said, I am already in Beta so not worried about Beta Access for myself - but I am worried on behalf of others who might be relying on the pre-order Beta access offer for entry.

I am hoping that someone does come back with more information before it is too late for those who are waiting (no "official" Beta date yet, despite several places mentioning a certain/same date "by accident"), but so far what some people think is/should be happening is not necessarily the reality.

Fingers crossed that the other pre-order offer goodies do not also suffer the same (potential) problem.

Cool, I've been a long standing customer with amazon and they've always delivered whats they said they would so I'm not seeing it as a massive problem obviously releasing beta codes to early is a bad thing too so I'm sure it will all come out in the wash. Especially since amazon is advertised on the defiance site as an official re seller.

A beta key for a Closed beta should not be a problem since you only can get access when the developer wants you to.

its just too bad this is still something that is in the dark the whole Beta key pre order bonus stuff

The beta event information is shown on best buy's site. So, it will be a while before you get your invite. Special beta event occurring on March 15–17.

TRION seem to think Amazon "should be giving out Trion codes rather quickly after you pre order".

I just pre-ordered Defiance Deluxe Edition (PC) from Amazon and I got my keys almost immediately.

Oh and I will add that I didn't get a "beta" key, but I got 2 keys. One was for the deluxe edition and one was called a "pre-order" key. That should be the key that the developers have been referring to as the "beta" key or the key let it be know that you pre-ordered.

Was this amazon.co.uk or was this amazon.com? if it was Uk i am gonna mail them and rage a little since i still dont have my keys.
