I've had the same reponse Snow and other's have got to my second email (they ignored the first one).



Now all I asked about the second time was my pre order code - the thing is if the "Pre Order code" goes out later in the day the game is launched ... is it valid? As technically we not applying it until the game is live.

I have also tried shoppping around for another UK/European shipper but all I can see for the ultimate is Gamestop and i'm sorry but £107.00 ($169) is abit much. So in all honesty if this is not fixed and soon then I'll just cancel.

On a side can you guys start including place's like play.com and other major UK outlets because not only are amazon useless (they do this all the time) but they are also tax dodging scum bags.

For you guys who are ordering from the uk Amazon (notorious for having pre-order issues and game bonus items)... have you tried canceling the order and going onto the US site to order say the Digital version?

Ordered my UE of Defience from them, amazon.co.uk, but I can't even contact them from the site since they keep redirecting me to amazon.com everytime I chose anything in the help section . No worries though, I am already registered for beta, but I pray I'll never need to contact them in the future.

Goto the page you need an click the product you ordered, then pick how you want to contact them. Keep your email simple they seem to have a very low IQ and have trouble reading a detailed email.

The US amazon site is not selling the Ultimate - Which I want for the DLC pass.

That site is messy, I had to log in 2 times before I got the "Contact Us" button to work got logged out and redirected, I suspect they are trying to keep us out from the customer support . But got it working and one mail sent to them, very short and very very to the point . Have to see if I get something similar as the rest.

When you pre-order from amazon, did you order the Hard copy or digital edition? The digital edition version, the keys are in the download...it opens to a page with 2 keys, the pre-order key and the Triton activation key. I would also check your amazon account under games library and see if there is anything there.

Hard copy here, wanted the fluff from the Ultimate Edition box. Will probably pre-order the digital editions from the other stores just to get the weapons.

Well, with a smaller community of you, me and Davisto maybe, but even if I believe 1 copy is cheap i think 250k - 500k + will suck to pay . Yeah, I know you said the empty wallet warriors, but wouldn't everyone claim to be that if so?
And I will not get the others in digital deluxe or ultimate, they will just be the cheap standard ones.
