Xbox Pre-Order Code Registration

Hey all, i just called GS and got my Beta codes that werent originally on my receipt when i pre ordered the UE a month ago.
I dont think you need to even go to the store you pre ordered at, since they can run your pre order through their PC if your registered with them. Thats how i got mine, over the phone.

i dont suppose they mentioned if it was an actual fault then?

They apologized for not getting me the code when i originally pre ordered, and they were cool about eveything and gave me the code over the phone w no problem. I personally have no qualms w GS, and they have always treated me right all things considered
Its just the trade-in programs on games thats WAY scaled in their favor.

My GS treats me good as well. Go there for pretty much all my gaming stuff. Dont really trade things in though. Regarding there seemingly low trade in values though they are technically a video game pawn shop.
