Missing loadouts, keycode slots and inventory slots... oh and unresolved tickets

Hey guys

So logged on yesterday to find that I had lost some of my f2P bonus's. First one i noticed was my 6 loadout slots was now 3, the second was my keycode limit is now back to 100 and also i lost the extra inventory slots we gained. I still have the old school title and the arkforge so i am puzzled to why i lost the loadouts keys and inv slots. I would like these back please......

I also have unresolved tickets (well they are closed but they were never seen to and were automatically closed. Ive posted a ticket as well to reopen but no luck still) so thought why i was here id mention that. Ticket numbers are 140803-000865 & 140803-000846 they are in regards to pursuits not being checked of specifically the Cerberus lvl 5 and couple of mission pursuits. The ticket to reopen it is 140810-001119.

Crap - I forgot to see if the last update fixed this for me. It was supposed to. This happened to my EU character also. She had 6 loadout slots and lost 3 of them.

Yup. Still broke - my EU character has 3 inventory slots instead of 6.

This has happened to me also and lost 2 of my loadouts even though at the beginning of myself playing I paid for a loadout upgrade with real cash ... lost my keycode upgrade was 100 and now 75 and lost inventory storage. and ark forge (200+) at the moment I feel robbed. I still have my Old School title but it was just shaming on how I could receive the upgrades and have them taken of me and lost weapons during it as inventory was full.

I wish they wouldn't put our hopes up and then rob us when were offline because of a "Server Reset" .... THAT SERVER RESET lost me real cash ... and when I lose real cash for paid items i'm just angry.

I've posted a ticket on the PS3 game itself and haven't heard nothing from them and just done a ticket now on-line

hahaha Hey Franky yeah its shocking aye mate, the support system sucks i havent had a single ticket actually solved its either been an completely generic useless reply (almost aqs if they didnt even read the ticket) and the others well were open to long so i was given 400 bits.... I DONT WANT UR BLOODY BITS I WANT MY SHIZ TO WORK AND MY BONUSES BACK! hahaha

True that they solved 2 things in total ... The side mission fila one and a wm trophy missing one other than I been getting generic things like if this is your problem then select one of the following options to help you even though none of the options are remotely similar to my request. It's like if I have a problem with my coffee and the solution is sugar they would more than likely offer me salt and vinegar as a solution and then mark the ticket as solved which is really frustrating and I have to update the ticket to keep it open argh lol

All i have to say bro is 3 days now... 3 days now ive been getting this (on a mates machine as well so defs not install) i hope its cause the devs are working on it.

Only have 75 keycode slots. 3 loadout slots and only received 1000 arkforge instead of 2k. Put in support tickets but haven't gotten anywhere. PSN id Squint421 ingame user Rukia Lynx and i'm to lazy to go find the support ticket numbers. lol
