Not a new player, but even with everything wrapped up until new pursuits are added, I'll still be popping on daily, even if only for long enough to knock out the quick Tarr Family and Defiant Few contracts to grab some more stuff from those vendors. And I'll certainly hop on long enough for new pursuits as they are added.

I loved the Alpha and Beta of that other D-Game, but I'm not sure if, without pursuits and such, I'll feel it has as much to offer as Defiance has over the last year plus. I certainly hope I'm wrong about that, though. I've love to have two games that can suck me in for over a year at a time.

since i'm pc player Destiny won't affect me. But months later Kingdom under fire 2 will be close beta on my local server, so maybe i'm not gonna stick around, unless they release more content for f2p player, and buff community content.

I'm pretty much treading water, waiting for my no-account friends to show up and play the story missions with me. Once I'm done with the story, which I've essentially saved for last, I'll move onto a different game.

I do still have 12 days worth of Chimera dailies to do, and I'd feel bad about not collecting my daily goody box for the duration of my free Patron Pass, but other than that, I've gotten my money's ($35 total for a Steam copy and Gamestop physical Ultimate Edition) worth of fun out of the game.

The only thing that will kill this game for me is the steady loss of clan and friends on the server.

I miss those crowded, chaotic events.

I miss those crowded, chaotic events in the old days when you did not lag out while doing them on the PC.

That's how I feel too (with the qualifying addition).
