Get your swords while you can!

How is this an issue? People who don't have DLC 1 can't even use the sword.
All this does is stop people from using the vendor.

Can DLC owners use the 7th Legion vendor? Honestly. I don't know. lol

I don't see this as an issue. I do still stand by the opinion that they would add the content from the 5 DLCs, meaning the missions, ability to use weapons etc (NOT the bonus stuff like titles, the 1000 arkforge etc) to the F2P portion of the game.
Having a F2P game with 5 $10 paywalls is...Kind of dumb.

I'm not sure, you still need rep points to purchase the thing so unless a non dlc owner can be invited into the arena to help out and earn the rep points, I don't see how they can purchase one.

This is exactly what they do. The same way you can get someone below 5000 into an expert: Have someone who meets the requirements start it up.

Dlc owner groups them and starts a match. They go in kill everything reap the rewards the people who actually paid for it get and repeat until they've acquired enough rep to purchase the sword. Big ol kick in the teeth to people who actually paid for the dlc. But then again they've been kicking us each and every dlc the entire way.

If the sword isnt the same as the one in T4 boxes they should make it DLC only to equip it.

Also, correct a DLC owner can start a arena with others who don't and complete it, while the ones w/o the dlc can continue. Hell I have no DLC and have max rep with Thorn. Is it game breaking not in anyway and kind of amused they just now are fixing it. Maybe they should also, fix it so experts can only be ran by players over 5000 ego while they're at it.

Edit: Chump, to be honest it should of been fixed and locked to DLC owners like everything else at the beginning of the DLC.

Well eventually they might when players don't buy it. I mean just for the little content the DLC offers that I've seen from PTS it's not really worth the $5-10 they want to charge for it. I mean only 195 ego from the pursuits. The Charge sword can be fun to use with a Blur build but its more of a "toy" then a must have.

Edit: I don't know maybe the extra outfits and titles are worth the $5-10 but really depends on how bad you want to change the outfit of your character.
