Have not played for a year + are my weapons garbage? t3 less rolls etc

Depends. Some they dont roll anymore, so it may be really good. I couldn't tell you the exacts.

Well, I was away for 6 months between the time of ps4 release and about mid-May. I was ego 3800ish when I stopped and had a decent armory. From that stockpile I only have two weapons left, a couple of decent Heavy Assault Carbines. Everything else is gone, including all oranges. A couple of those oranges were good, but there just wasn't enough arkforge available to keep them up.

The ones I kept were blues originally, with no blue rolls, but I was able to keep them upgraded and eventually bump one of them all the way up to orange. They are still decent but I don't really use them since I have better. Keeping them was as much a "sentimental" choice as a practical one.

So, in my experience, you have to pretty much think of you current inventory as expendable. If you have one or two really prime items, like a double crit wolfhound or a super nice respark shield, or something else nice you might be able to keep them going. But that's going to be hard, even for one or two items, because of the rarity of arkforge now. It's hard to even think of really keeping anything until you're ego 5000+; until then almost everything is expendable.

brutal synergy doesnt exist anymore on all gun but the shotty so a brutal bug gun, ar,pistol..ect are collector items now and some can get ya a good price. any clustershot or courier with a natural nano are going for alot on the 360. so are some of the 2,3 and 4 roll shotties

Well i have been downloading patches for about 5 hours so i hope i get to log in soon....pretty sure i have a few clustershots and brutal vbi ar i think im around 2800 ego and when i played you couldnt simply change a weapon from purple to orange...i know i have some beast purple wolfhounds and VBI AR's

I tend to replace as I go, rather than continually trying to upgrade stuff. But then, I'm F2P so <<shrug>>.

I will rarely use a green; usually blues and purples. I have one purple (an AR) that I do upgrade as I haven't found another that has been any better. Will upgrade the rating of a blue if I haven't found a replacement for it...which happens fairly often.

My EGOs for my characters are 3600 and 800; so have a fair distance to go before looking for 'final' gear. Orange stuff gets dumped when I out-EGO them, were too expensive to upgrade when I started playing and, it's gotten worse since then.
