Diablo III servers crashed on their release day lol. Servers crashing is worse then slow patching and such. Nothing goes to plan. Everything looks good on paper but execution will always have hiccups.

and to reply to you sweedeezy. I have played Ultima, final fantasy 11 and 14, everquest, wow, rift, aion, everquest 2, star wars, and im sure more. None have been this bad. No game should ever come out and be unplayable EVER. So you are the person that allow game companies to walk all over you. You continue to do that while i will expect them to have more respect for their consumers. Every MMO should expect there servers to be flooded and make plans for instant fixes.

You forget Diablo 3, it was unplayable for 2 days after launch...

If this was a free MMO that I didn't pay for I wouldn't give a **** about the game going down, but on my ONLY day of the week I can play and I'm staring at the login screen.

I've seen this in every mmo I've played including wow, conan, dcuo, and warhammer. Everything in this game is complex. The code that must be written for all 3 of these different systems to all work at once must be mind boggiling. Its easy to sit back and demand a refund or complain, hell its the cool thing to do, but I'm sure these devs worked their ***** off on this title. I'm sure the techs are working thier ***** off right now. They don't want to upset their userbase. Maybe you're not their userbase? Anwyay, this will all be ironed out via patch after patch. Getting better and better. Quite frankly, I think it would be better if people with so little patience they get upset on the second day after launch. Who wants people like that in game anyway? People need to do some research and grow up. Two days isn't long enough for an mmo of this size. Give them time. Patience is a virtue. I have faith in these devs. They're more worried about longterm players and people who watch the show. For everyone on the forum making an angry post, there are literally thousands of ppl that never go on forums and are quite happy. Educate yourselves

all mmo's have luanch problems? well that makes it ok then. i think i will use that excuse from now on in my everyday life. i happen to own a small carpet business. that next time i have a unhappy customer. i will just tell them no big deal the last guys screwed up also. just cause other games have had problems in the past does not make it ok in my book. trion clearly does not think its ok either. or they wouldnt be working none stop to fix the massive amount of issuse this game has. and making posts to say they are sorry. i expected a few bugs/gliches/lag. but there have been nonstop problems with the game so far. now you can all tell me im stuipd,you must have never played a mmo befor. i dont realy care wtf you think.

It's not like it's going to be like this forever. Calm down. Let them fix what they need to fix and don't get frustrated about it.

Well, not all of us have all the time to play in the world as well. I have other obligations and I don't want my bonuses (i.e. experience boosts) to be wasted and seeing that this is the only day I have off and the boost is only 7 days... Do you understand where I'm coming from?

We understand that every game has its issues, and that you guys are doing your best, wouldn't it have made more sense to make sure you had enough servers to meet potential demand, up and running BEFORE launch? I played the beta had a blast when I actually got to play it. And as if the server issues weren't enough my pre-order content isn't showing up... great. I'm sure you guys will get it taken care of, hopefully correctly, completely and in a timely fashion.
