is it allow to use Fraps to upload videos about the game?
or its still in the secret mode?

Most likely, till the developers announce publicly that the NDA is lifted or the game enters Open Beta...we keep our video's to our selves. Oh and most NDA's cover to that point so releasing something pre All Clear after they say the NDA is lifted is still a no no.

It is not. Quote below from the NDA thread, which you should be able to read if you're actually in the Beta.

Long story short - you cannot share, stream, or take video or pictures from the alpha/beta. The only place you are allowed to talk about beta is within these beta forums.

Yeah, That has been the underline theme of what they are talking about with NDA. Just no uploading it. They talked about laying out some bans if they see it. I'm sure they look for it as well.

Beta, and Alpha all have NDA. If you are found uploading video, you will be banned from the game forever. It's certainly possible that what I said will happen. It may not even be a question to if, because if you are, it's not like you'd be able to voice your opinion on it after getting guid banned.

Also, talking about the beta on the regular forums can get you banned. You need to use the beta forums for such.

Look at the highlighted text. It does not just say 'you cannot upload', it specifically says 'you cannot take'.

Now, while they likely have no way of knowing if you do or do not take screen caps or videos, is it really worth the ban when you 'forget' and share something you didn't mean to?

Something to think about. I imagine they're not going to be too interested in lifting the ban for 'accidents'. They were fairly strict about this in the Rift beta, and weren't afraid to drop the hammer on people for violations.

That's about all I'm willing to say here. Anything else can be discussed on the proper forums.

Not sure, but I've heard them saying in a stream that you can take screenshots & videos, but you just can't share them. Never. So yeah, just to be on the safe side, don't take any screenshots nor videos in the Alpha/Beta stage. Just wait for the official release.
