oh dear,judging by that video
i think that guy is using a temporal stasis lag loop to his advantage...essentially he waits till he enters one, then goes into a pvp match and shoots mirror images like that one guy just said
That's also a very good question, but I thought I had addressed it above. Some people would, people pay for PvP games already, CS:GO for example.
Now, when it comes someone potentially paying for PvP, the ones who want a real fight might. If something requires a pay gate to get in, only the most dedicated will likely use it, hopefully translating into a better quality match.
Further, I wasn't saying that you'd be paying to a PvP unlock specifically, it would be included with the next DLC package as an added feature, not as a primary sell point. One of the largest issues with any PvP/F2P game is hacking, so providing a pay-wall barrier may offer some relief to those who do take it seriously, in addition to connecting them with a potentially higher caliber of player.
Yes. @31 Altras's mirror is visible at the dock end even though he's actually nowhere near the dock. You can see his dead body at the same place the following time @38. Apparently it was respawning the mirror avatar in the same place which is why he was getting serial killed.
It's still wrong for the other player to be doing that IMO. It's kind of obvious what's going on. Players do not respawn where they were just killed. Anyone but the noobiest newb would realize that. Even if they didn't know the mechanics of Defiance PvP, intuitively they should realize that a game mechanic that respawns you where you were just killed is highly unlikely to be part of the intended game design.
I would have just let the other player know and logged out of the map and tried reentering it to see if it fixed the issue.

It's not a hack Mr. Norris, just lag glitching and killing a mirror of your character. Aim bots don't let you shoot through walls across a map.
This is a hack and I have witnessed this first hand. You can shoot through walls and can hit across the map. I have followed the person around who was doing it and they will pick a remote place and stand near the wall and just lock on to people. No lag here, legit hack. Only way to stop them is to follow them around and kill them before they get their hack on.
