I see it now.. v.v -Cries in Corner- I guess I'll just use the LMG to take off the shields and the Bolt Action for a quick head shot. x.x

I use fire weapons for points and rad for kills

pulsor/springer, vbi ar, wolfhounds, and sweepers/grindfraggers

any combo of these with good rolls and the enemy wont matter just whether your going for points or kills

I use a Vot Needler with bio on the Volge - that thing chews through them like they're made of Polystyrene.

A good Tachmag will do the trick too.

Radiation smg in the face. Use the gunslinger perk and get those crit shots. Use your mobility to dodge while maintaining face melting action. For viscera, it can be handy to have an electric secondary just to strip the shields.

It's just the Viscera that are tough with any weapon, but they're killable enough.

Personally I have a nice disrupter I have been using when the situation calls for an LMG, not much bloom, they stay where you put them, spread like a shotgun when you want it, and nice tight group if you used aim. May not be optimal but I have grown to like it alot. For GL's I like my matchbox, its got an 8 round mag, decent rof, and I can just pour grenades down on an area and not have to worry about detonating them, fits my style.

For someone better at hitting crit spots than myself I would reccomend a nice AR or SMG as your main. Secondary you have some choices, Maybe a Sludge RL to lead off, slow them down and get teamwork points, Or a good high crit wolfhound for those opportunities to get high crit numbers, Or my pref is a GL for "when it gets hairy"

This is a mini-guide for Volge Sieges:

The best weapon against the Volge is a Wolfhound with as many crit bonuses as possible.
The best weapons after that one are both SMGs and Assault Rifles with automatic fire.
Detonators, BMGs, infectors, rockets, Defiant Few weapons, etc are not recommended, as they do very little damage and prevent other players to target properly.

The general rule for the Volge is: Shoot always to the head for maximum efficiency.

For the Volge Bombers, you can try to take them by surprise and shoot them on their face at point blank if you think you will be able to kill them before they have time to shoot at you (about 2-3 seconds, which is possible with a good wolfhound). If not, try from mid or long range while using the environment as cover. Use Wolfhound or SMG for short range, and Assault Rifle for medium-long range.
By the way, the bombers are the first ones you should kill when you can, as they will spam the battlefield with their homing projectiles.

For the Volge Troopers, you simply put yourself in front of them and shoot at their head from short range until they die. Keep moving if they throw grenades, and avoid their shockwave attacks. Try to attack them individually, as they can be deadly when in groups. A good tactic is to ignore the group and attack the one in the tail of the group. Repeat until they are all dead. Or try to attack the ones which are separated from the group, first.

For the Volge Viscera, just shoot them on the head from whatever range you want. Use Wolfhound or SMG for short range, and Assault Rifle for medium-long range. When they glow blue, they are going to do a charge attack. Get out of their path and start shooting them with everything you got, as while they glow you will always get critical hits, regardless on where you hit them. The Viscera should be the last ones you kill, as they are quite easy to avoid and rarely are more than 2 simultaneously.
