Yes. We clearly were suppose to get Kenya content.
If you do the Defiantfew flash game, mission 10 and 13 I believe also indicate we were suppose to have cross-over content from there, as well as more story content.

The game at that point from the finale, appeared to be 3-4 weeks behind in content. Which means half of the entire season was missing cross-over stuff that we were suppose to get.
Now we may not even get an update to the game until the end of the month.

Take that however you want, but I'm just going to expect less next season, if there is one.

...A total shame, because razor rain would be awesome in the game, especially if it was during major arkfalls. People trying to do the arkfalls and boss and getting randomly 1-hit because of the rain.

Would be cool during Ark falls if things fell out of the sky and could damage. They would just be fireballs ranging in size that would land randomly anywhere within the Ark Fall zone. Impact of where they would land could be indicated using those red blast zone indicators.
