    Guild/Clan ideas in the game

    Im sure they announced the group size for the game in one of the live streams. With that limited number in mind, still make a good idea for Guild/Clan structure in Defiance. Almost like Planetside, Guilds/Clans can be controlled by structure in groups. So why can't that apply in Defiance? An example: lets say that a Guild/Clan had 20 members. this Guild/Clan can divide the Clan into groups of 4 that can be used inside the game. They also said that regardless of being in a group or not that you can complete some quests cooperative with random people that are also completing the same quest. So why cant that apply in Guild/Clan size scale? Like the Guild/Clan can complete a quest or an Arkfall (or maybe boss raids for rare drops) by being together but in there assigned groups. This could also work in PvP.

    It midnight here on the east coast and this just boggled my mind about how big this game could be. I'm just too excited for this game (and drunk).

    Interesting but they aren't saying much in regard to guilds/clans atm. Wished they were though. Something like what you suggest would be nice but the larger the group you run into a lot of work for the devs.

    PS2 did have a great method of grouping, squad size element to platoon size element and so on, I hope Trion takes a look into this, because that's an amazing feature to have in an Shooter, not to mention a MMOshooter.

    I agree, I'm hoping for something like this that can become as detailed as the clan/guild has patience for.

    I hope the difficulty increases as party size does.

    I don't like the less effective party but yes to the rest. Ever go back and read your late night posts? Sometimes almost looks like a damn foreign language when your tired and have red eye's from searching for codes.
