I just wanted to post in right section so it gets looked into. The code redeems ok i get ark and preorder stuff fine but the ce stuff is missing in stores claim section. I know many have this issue it is only the ce content missing. I tried live chat and that does not load. I tried restarting ps3 bought bits to buy lockbox so wasted $5 trying that fix. I tried new char it does all dlc but ce on it to. My ps3 service list shows my ce active so must be server side issue. I hope info helps fix it.
