It is too bad, however. The over charge effect does not work at all. Plus, the reload animation is broken.

edit: Nvm, the over charge effect does work. You have to restart your game.

It works, you have to log out and log back in for the overload effect to work. I had the same problem as you. As soon as I logged out and logged back in, they overload ability on the gun worked fine.
