Look my point is.. the primary purpose of this lockbox was weapons and synergies.
There was a change to lockboxes.. and reimbursements given out to other lockboxes.
In addition removed Encryption weapon drops. So since drop rate of rarity was modified and also
Encryption removed from any weapon drop.. box or foe. And since I have spent real money on
These boxes... I feel it constitutes some thought of reimbursements. .

And I see I am not alone on this.

Yes.. it does come to mind..

but admittedly lockboxes, with in mind things such as, reduction of drop rates on rarity items (epic/legendary/getting only 4 blues), the poor weapons constantly dropping from lockboxes in a high frequent rate(also these weapons are gone from lockboxes now), and that item drops/purchases (bit store or in game vendors) was removed... and reimbursement going to Mod Hoards Lockboxes for the 2nd time since launch... I mean really???
How many vetern players who actually play the game constantly spend real dough on Lockboxes. None.. unless their is something worth getting.
new lockboxes that contain synergies specific to lockbox and or weapons and gear specific.. that attracts Vets to make purchases.
I spend at least $20 a week.. on psn regardless.. maybe more if I got it (most times I do or make an excuse to do so).
$20 is just a modest lie. A lot of the times it goes to Trion and bits.. unfortunately for them I have only spent some on clan boosts..
although I would love to buy some boxes... I have heavy debate not to.. hope they prove me wrong.

Sorry you got screwed, but with Trion's record how did you not know that was the most likely outcome?

I hope they do something for you, but I'd have a backup plan ready for when they tell you to go pound sand.

Me too. I got the exact Gunslinger cache weapon I wanted, as an encrypted purple. I would have upgraded it, but I can't.

Yeah I foolishly bought I think 8 or 9 of these with bits( I know I know.....but I was drunk) in hopes of getting some decent wet work stuff. But alas nada. I got one oj way of change pos blast rifle and the green red and tan outfits but no guns worth a diddly.
Would also like a refund or something.

It is not just C.E. lockboxes.. it was all lockboxes that suffered from problems admitted.
I am not looking for a refund.. just a reimbursement. . For my purchases.. replace the lockbockes you sold me.. that were "broken".
